A hands-on operator with a background in brand, marketing, and execution, she was instrumental in growing a celebrity-backed spirits brand from start-up phase to $1B acquisition.
Today, she helps early-stage companies not just market better—but run better. Her work spans brand development, go-to-market strategy, and team leadership, often stepping in as a strategic advisor or fractional CMO. Kelly’s specialty is the sweet spot where storytelling meets structure—helping founders turn vision into velocity.

He’s also an active angel investor and advisor, known for his network-driven approach and hands-on mentality. A former Division I athlete, Duncan operates with grit, speed, and a relentless focus on execution.
